Dean Karahalis and the Concert Pops Orchestra will be performing in Nassau County’s “Holiday Spectacular” concert on Sunday, November 30th at the Twin Rinks Ice Center at Eisenhower Park. An advisory task force reviewing facilities and space in Massapequa Schools recommended that the district move the sixth grade to Berner Middle School and the ninth grade to Massapequa High School. The committee made its report at a meeting March 25 and the results were met with both positive and negative responses.
